Last week, Jean Luc Zuger and Frédéric Salin met in order to taste the next vintage of Domaine de Tamary and to define its blend. Thanks to great climatic conditions, the vintage 2020 promises to be the best since vintage 2009 !
More over, we are proud to announce that this vintage will be the first vintage produced with the HEV 3 certification.
Shortly, the High Environmental Value certification means that the estate is engaged in 4 environmental themes:
- Biodiversity management on the farm.
- Mastery of the phytosanitary strategy.
- Fertilizer management.
- Preservation of water resources.
In addition, level 3 of this certification is the highest. It is based on performance obligations measured by environmental performance indicators. It reflects a level of environmental excellence of our property.
